Sea Shepherd Marine Debris Campaign and the Cruising Yacht Club Rockingham would like to invite you to a screening of ALBATROSS

This beautiful and thought-provoking film captures just that in relation to one of the most iconic and impressive sea-birds the Albatross.

ALBATROSS is a powerful visual journey into the heart of a gut-wrenching environmental tragedy. On Midway island, in the remote North Pacific Ocean, tens of thousands of Laysan albatross chicks lie dead on the ground, their bodies filled with plastic. ALBATROSS takes us on a journey, as we face this tragedy we must also confront our own complicity head on.

Chris Jordan, an Internationally-acclaimed photographer returned to Midway over many years with his team, documenting the cycles of life and death, and capturing stunning and intimate portraits of these magnificent seabirds. He has generously made this film available to Sea Shepherd Australia to host as a FREE screening.

Any donations will be gratefully received.
