  Yachts holding a current IRC Rating
• Division 2
  Yachts greater than or equal to 8 metres (length of hull) are at the Race Committee's discretion
• Division 3
  Yachts less than 8 metres (length of hull); Or at the Race Committee's discretion
• Premier Cruising
  Yachts typically fitted with a permanent stove, galley, sink & head and at least four bunks – Spinnakers allowed
• Jib and Main (JAM)
  Yachts that will not fly a spinnaker at any time during the Regatta
• Multihull
  Catamarans or Trimarans which which are not considered to be 'Off the Beach Cats'
• Classic
  Yachts designed or built before 1970 or a design clearly originating from this era
• Sports Boat
  All Sports boats
• Off the Beach
  Catamarans (Windrush, Nacra, Yvonne, etc.)
• Rally Division

FEES: $285 for the entire regatta.
The $285 fee includes two (2) Smorgasbords.
There is no additional charge for the Kwinana Industries Council Race to Rockingham.

"Nominate for Entire Regatta" race is mandatory.

As the authorised person, I certify that prior to and during the 2019 Cockburn Sound Regatta (CSR), the registered vessel will have valid third party liability insurance with a minimum cover of $10 million for any one incident as required by the CSR and The Cruising Yacht Club (TCYC).

I agree to the terms and conditions listed in the CSR Notice of Race and acknowledge that the CSR and TCYC will not be liable to pay for any loss, damage or injury to any property or person that may be incurred by me, the crew or the registered vessel during the 2019 Regatta.
